ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM UPDATE
To better serve customers and provide expanded services, on June 24, 2021, the City of Brawley updated its utility billing payment and financial systems. As part of this upgrade, all customers were assigned a new account number, which is required to log into the system.
The email and password associated with your log in will remain the same, however, all accounts were assigned a new account number. If you do not have your new account number or last payment amount, please call 760-344-1550 for assistance with logging into your account.

2. Pay Online at www.brawley-ca.gov
3. Pay using automatic ACH with a checking or savings account
4. Bill Pay using your bank account

6. Drop Boxes at 2 locations located ouside City Hall at 400 Main Street
7. In person, Monday through Friday 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm at 400 Main Street, Brawley, CA
